Are you a History Teacher who can instil the knowledge of British, local and world history to students in KS3 & KS4?
 
Can you utilise your skills to provide well-informed context for wider learning within the History curriculum?

This role is perfect for a History Teacher who is looking for their first permanent role from September. Along with your standard duties of teaching History through KS3 & KS4, you will also have the opportunity to gain a Team Leader Lv3 qualification which will provide you with management experience and help you progress in your career.
 
The school is situated in the Ward of Ladywood and was deemed ‘Good’ by OfSTED in 2019. The Humanities Department is one of the strongest departments in the school, with 4 experienced History Teachers and 2 ECTs. The Head of Department has been at the school for 12 years and originally started as an NQT.
 
This really is a fantastic opportunity for a strong History Teacher who is looking to make a difference.
