This role offers the chance to work closely with KS2 pupils, providing invaluable support throughout the national curriculum, with a particular emphasis on literacy and numeracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support KS2 pupils in their academic and personal development, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the needs of individual students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils who require additional assistance to reach their full potential.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to succeed.

 
Requirements:

• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both students and staff.
• A degree qualification, ideal for graduates seeking hands-on experience prior to embarking on teacher training.
• Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
