Job Title: Electric Vehicle Project Officer
Pay Rate: £250 - £300 per day
Contract: Temporary, ASAP - (29 weeks)
Hours: 36 per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office), Harrow Council


Harrow Council is looking for a proactive Electric Vehicle (EV) Project Officer to lead the implementation of cutting-edge electric vehicle infrastructure. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, with three days per week spent in the office or onsite. You’ll manage projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with sustainability and governmental policies as we transition to a low-carbon transport system.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EV project planning and delivery
• Work with internal and external teams for smooth execution
• Monitor project progress and report on outcomes
• Ensure adherence to environmental policies

 
Requirements:

• Project management experience in sustainable transport or EV infrastructure
• Valid driving licence (DVLA check, and business insurance required)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
