We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major highways infrastructure project in North Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role on a long-term scheme with approximately 18 months of secured work.

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major highways infrastructure project in North Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role on a long-term scheme with approximately 18 months of secured work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations on a highways project
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders
- Maintaining programme performance and quality standards
- Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, and site documentation
- Liaising with the client, engineers, and project management team
- Proven experience working as a Site Agent on highways or civil engineering schemes
- Strong knowledge of highways specifications and standards
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
- Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Long-term contract (18 months)
- Competitive day rate (DOE)
