This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent seeking a long-term freelance assignment, with an immediate requirement and interviews taking place next week.

RGB Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join an established main contractor delivering a significant highways and civil engineering scheme in Somerset.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent seeking a long-term freelance assignment, with an immediate requirement and interviews taking place next week.
The RoleWorking as part of an established project delivery team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating construction activities.
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delays.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Coordinating with engineers, supervisors and the wider project management team.
- Managing site reporting, documentation and technical queries.
- Supporting the successful delivery of key civil engineering packages.
- Previous experience as a Site Agent on highways or major civil engineering projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, drainage and infrastructure works.
- Experience working with main contractors and managing subcontractors.
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
- SMSTS and a relevant CSCS card.
- Availability to interview next week and commence work at short notice.
