Responsibilities " To sort items of mail from mailbags into relevant categories " To log mail in an efficient and accurate matter onto our CRM " To process return to sender mail in an efficient and accurate manner " To perform administrative duties ranging in complexity using our Digital Mailroom technology " To act as overflow for inbound customer service telephone calls - providing a good level of customer service via telephone, when required " Be able to communicate effectively by email with customers, providing an excellent level of customer service
Skills and experience required " Good computer literacy with a fast-typing speed " Positive mentality " Excellent work ethic and ability to work with intensity " Reliability " Good customer service skills " Good written and verbal English communication skills " English language GCSE Grade C or above " Evidence of longevity with at least one employer
