The successful candidate will supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the usual class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and complete the work that has been set. - Have effective behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- Be committed to supporting students' learning and well-being
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor, Sports Coach, Youth Worker, or Graduate would be advantageous.
