Job Description
Are you an Occupational Therapist who believes recovery starts long before discharge?
We're recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a well-established Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT), supporting adults within the community to achieve greater independence, improve daily functioning, and build meaningful lives beyond mental health challenges.
This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team where Occupational Therapy plays a central role in promoting recovery, reducing hospital admissions, and helping service users remain connected to their communities.

💼 Band: 6 Occupational Therapist
📅 Start Date: 2nd November 2026
📅 End Date: 2nd February 2027
⏰ Hours: 7.5 hours per day
What We're Looking For
✅ HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
✅ Previous Mental Health experience
✅ Community-based experience desirable
✅ Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
✅ Strong assessment, care-planning and communication skills
✅ Experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs
