Office Manager / Personal Assistant – Heathrow Airport

I am currently representing an excellent facilities & construction expert who are in need of a office manager / personal assistant work at their office space at Heathrow Airport on a permanent basis. They have been successfully operating for over 10 years and provide full construction fit out through to facilities maintenance to high end commercial clients including airports, show rooms and various others.

The ideal candidate will support to lead and promote the smooth running of the office whilst ensuring the day-to-day operational requirements are met and managed in a professional and timely manner. An industry knowledge and background would be preferable for this role.

Duties to include:

• Personal assistant to Director. This will include daily business and operational support activities throughout all aspects of the business.
• Build good working relationship and rapport with clients providing first point of contact.
• Create and manage all H&S documentation for all projects
• To assist with company accreditation in order to meet compliance whilst ensuring time sensitive updates are adhered too - in conjunction with Head Office
• To assist with new employee on-boarding including inductions.
• Assist with booking and management of individuals training requirements and updates in order to meet compliance - in conjunction with Head Office
• Provide administrative support for sickness reporting to Head Office
• Arrange for the supply of all company uniforms and related PPE to be issued
• Develop and implement new administrative systems for the good of the department
• Provide the necessary ongoing support to other staff members as required. This includes problem solving including day to day liaison.
• Assist project managers as required within their daily roles by way of support.
• To carry out additional tasks at managements discretion including absence cover when necessary.

Salary & Package:

• 28 – 35K
• 7.45 – 16.30 – office based role
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension & death in service
