Pay rate to £44.84 per hour  
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in a Children with Disabilities Team in the Cheshire West and Chester Council. 
 
Looking for an experienced Children with Disabilities Team Manager to provide interim cover to an established and stable Children with Disabilities team. Based in Ellesmere Port, the Children with Disabilities team covers the entirety of Cheshire West and Chester, working with children with complex disabilities across the whole continuum of social work from Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care. The team consist of Social Workers,  Support Workers and a Senior Family Case Worker who line manages Family Case Workers, who case hold families at Team Around the Family level of intervention.
