Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Physical Disability and Older People’s Team in Norfolk Council.
We are looking for an experienced Agency Social Workers (Level 2) to join our Physical Disability and Older People’s Team in Norwich for a 3 month period. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking service that is committed to high quality, strengths-based practice with adults in the community.
