Qualified Social Worker, Adult Learning Disability and Autism Team, Leicestershire Council
Pay rate to £34 per hour
Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in an Adult Learning Disability Team in Leicestershire Council.
Working on complex cases such as safeguarding, CoP, preparing court statements. Completing care and support assessment, Mental Capacity Assessments, creating Support Plans and working with Leicestershire County Council process (Target Operating Model) and using Liquid Logic.
Experience of working with complex social work cases, being able to manage a case load and work with minimal supervision. Experience is writing court reports and other safeguarding reports and protection plans. Completing care and support assessment using the Care Act 2014.
