Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Locality Team in Bromley Council.
We are are looking for an experienced Adults Social Worker to work within our locality team.
The worker must have experience of undertaken Care Act assessments, MCAs, CHC, Duty work, Case Management, Support Planning, working with multi-professionals, working within pressuring involvements of locality teams, be committed and ready to go.
