Qualified Social Worker, Older People’s Mental Health Team, Oldham Council
Pay rate to £30 per hour 
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Older People’s Mental Health Team in Oldham Council.
 
Request for full-time Qualified Social Worker, initially for 3 months role in the Older People's Mental Health Team. 
Role responsibilities include completing Care Act assessments, Support Plans and Reviews, including Section 117 Reviews. To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support and promote the independence and wellbeing of residents of Oldham. 
Experience working in mental health preferred but not essential.
