Pay rate to £25 per hour 
Contract role, Hospital Team 
 
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Care Assessor in Merseyside 
This is to work in a Hospital Team. 
This may suit a newly qualified Adult Social Worker, looking to gain paid local authority experience, or an experienced Social Care Assessor with local authority experience. 
 
There is some hybrid working available.
