An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator to work for a market leader within Tamworth based at their corporate head office.

You will be working in a very positive and pro-active sales arena, where your role will be to account manage and work very closely with an Area Sales Manager to enhance your business portfolio across the UK
-Up-selling and cross selling on all existing business
-Sales order Processing
-Generating quotes and follow up
-Contacting customers to follow up samples and quotations, converting these to sales
-Contacting customers via telephone to follow up on any marketing campaigns and promotions
-Managing the area sales managers diary, booking appointments with customers
-Handling customer queries and complaints confidently, taking ownership of these
-Updating customer database, amending details where necessary, adding new contacts and records
-Liaising with other departments including transport, accounts, marketing and production
-Taking ownership of your learning and developing product knowledge to promote products with -greater understanding and confidence
This is a very positive and pro-active sales role and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate their ability to work within a team.
