📍 Cheddar (Relocating to Worle at the end of 2026)
💰 £31,000 per annum

⏰ Monday to Friday | 08:30–16:30 or 09:00–17:00
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Administrator to join a well-established and growing business based in Cheddar, with plans to relocate to Worle towards the end of the year. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales support professional who can truly hit the ground running and become a key part of a busy and fast-paced team.
The Role
As Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales process from initial order through to completion, ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional service at every stage.
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
Managing customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Handling quotations, invoicing and general sales administration
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting the wider sales team with administrative duties
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with previous experience within a sales administration or sales order processing role who is highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience in a senior sales administration/order processing position
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive and professional approach
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems/CRM platforms
