Senior Finance and Admin Manager (Spanish speaking)

We are working with an East London-based international retail design and production business to find an experienced Senior Finance & Admin Manager to lead their UK Finance & Admin function.
 
Fluent English and Spanish are essential for this role.
 
This is a hands-on senior position with responsibility for monthly management reporting, month-end close, cash flow, AR, banking, intercompany transactions, and internal controls and governance.
 
You’ll lead a small Finance & Admin team, working closely with the company’s Spanish offices and external accountants. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes, strengthening controls and supporting the continued growth of the UK business.
 
You will need:

• 8–10 years’ experience in finance, accounting or financial control
• Proven experience owning month-end close and management reporting
• Experience managing or supervising a finance/admin team
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, AR, AP, cash management and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A commercially minded, hands-on approach
• Knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102
• Fluent English and Spanish
