Job Description
Salary: 55,000 per annum with a further incentive of 10% bonus if the house is managed to a high standard and kept at full capacity for atleast 75% of the year.
Hours: 35 hours a week
Location: East London
Holidays: 28 days annually
Main Purpose of the Job:
- To manage the day to day running of the children’s home and ensure that it meets the expectations and standards as set out in its Statement of Purpose.
- To ensure that the home is consistently meeting standards set by Ofsted and to ensure that the home is continuously operating within the Ofsted Registration criteria.
- To confidently lead the home though any external and internal inspection and audits / inspections.
You will be response for:
- Setting up the registered home with Ofsted.
- Following Safeguarding protocols.
- To meet Children's specific and individual needs.
- To develop a confident and competent staff team.
- To implement agreed systems which ensure the effective communication & allocation of resources.
- To promote the efficient and effective operation of the home.
