Senior SW/Advanced Practitioner, Intervention & Planning

Intervention & Planning team (Court Work, Child in Need, Child Protection) Experience of working in similar teams is essential.

Up to £38.50 p/h Hybrid working - in the office approx. 2 times per week.

The purpose of the job is to work within a resilience framework to provide a comprehensive and effective integrated social work service to respond to the needs of children and their families within statutory guidelines and obligations of the council.

You will assess need, plan and deliver focused intervention to safeguard children and promote outcomes. You will be working with children and families to support vulnerable service users ensuring the needs of the child remain paramount.
