We are currently working with a beautiful four star country hotel in the Warwick area who are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join their team.
The position will be working within a team of 8 chefs, preparing and cooking quality fresh ingredients for frequent weddings, conferences and brasserie menu orders. You will be responsible for parts of the ordering, stock takes, staff training and will be given the relevant training and experiences to develop into a junior sous chef.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a real passion for food, will be looking to develop themselves as a chef and will have previous experience working within a busy kitchen and catering for high numbers.
The job is working 5 days per week, straight shifts. Shifts usually from 10am /12pm until 10pm. Any hours worked over 50 are paid as overtime. Salary is negotiable up to £22,000 per annum and live in accommodation is available. Alternatively there is free parking on site, this position is not suitable for candidates looking to use public transport.
