We are currently working with a brilliant hotel in the Shirley area of Solihull who are looking for a chef de partie to work in their kitchen team.
The hotel boasts an AA rosette restaurant, award winning afternoon tea room and multiple conference and banqueting rooms. They use fresh locally sourced produce and are always looking to improve.
The position of chef de partie will be working mainly on the restaurant and C+B menu's, ensuring high levels of food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times and ensuring AA rosette standards are being acheived. Other duties will include staff training, new menu development and stock management.
The job will be working 5 days out of 7, straight shifts including both early and late shifts. Salary up to £19,000pa, paid monthly and great opportunities to progress throughout a great hotel group.
Public transport is available but due to the nature of the shifts own tranport is desired.
