Recruitment Consultant

Pertemps Manchester have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Trafford Park Village (M17 1DZ). The trainee recruitment consultant will focus on developing relationships with candidates and clients seeking permanent positions across the office and professional services industries.
 
Pertemps Manchester are significantly high-performing branch and are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in a customer service, sales, retail or hospitality environment. This opportunity would be perfect for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to develop and hone their skills with the support of the UK’s largest independent recruitment agency. Whilst we are open to applications from candidates with varying experience levels, we would also welcome candidates that have previous exposure to the recruitment industry.

Role Responsibilities:

• Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Advertise roles by posting jobs onto job boards and social media sites.
• Manage multiple open job vacancies at the same time.
• Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to determine suitability.
• Attend visits to client sites to gain valuable insights into how their business works.
• Direct sales activity such as calls, email marketing campaigns and networking events.

• Base salary of between £25,000-£28,000 based on experience.
