Job Description

Pertemps London (Holborn), have gone from strength to strength and due to their continued success are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Specialising in office and professional services placing candidates into Admin, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, HR/Finance roles, the successful senior recruitment consultant will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing expertly qualified candidates into permanent.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to develop the professional services desk. Prior recruitment experience in either 180 or 360 setting is needed, but with the backing and assurance of 16-weeks supportive, industry recognised training and development, we will teach you recruitment best practices to ensure you become a brilliant 360 recruitment consultant.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities.
  • Advertise roles by posting jobs onto job boards and social media sites.
  • Manage multiple open job vacancies at the same time.
  • Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to determine suitability.
  • Attend visits to client sites to gain valuable insights into how their business works.
  • Direct sales activity such as calls, email marketing campaigns and networking events.
