Are you seeking a new front-of-house opportunity?

This is your chance to become the welcoming face of a global investment firm, based in their stunning London office. The business has recently moved into state of the art space with breathtaking floor to ceiling views, offering a truly premium working environment. 

We're looking for a warm, professional, and proactive Front of House specialist to deliver a first-class experience for high-profile clients and colleagues. Working on a dual reception desk, you'll ensure every call, visitor and meeting runs seamlessly. 

You'll be the first point of contact for the business, representing the firm with confidence, professionalism, and exceptional service. You'll work closely with internal teams to support the smooth running of the office and maintain a best in class front of house operation. 

You'll have 2 - 4 years of experience as a Corporate Receptionist within financial services. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Welcoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism 
    • Managing a busy dual reception desk and maintaining a presentable front of house environment 
    • Overseeing bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to an exceptional standard
    • Working closely with catering and facilities teams to ensure seamless delivery 
    • Supporting with in house events for the office 

You must have: 
  • 2 - 4 years of corporate reception experience 
    • A background in financial services is needed (investment, private equity, asset management or similar professional services)
