Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting senior leaders with diary management and scheduling meetings, across time zones
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Managing calendars and ensuring schedules run smoothly
- Coordinating travel arrangements and detailed travel schedules and expenses
- Provide support for divisional budgeting process
- Manage invoice workflow
- Onboarding new hires
- Planning team events
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in building a career as an Executive Assistant
- Recent graduates and candidates with internship experience or 1 - 2 years of experience in a corporate environment are encouraged to apply
- Some exposure to administration, scheduling, coordination, or office support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do mindset
- The ambition to continuously learn and develop
