Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a prestigious private equity firm on a holiday cover assignment starting in September. Based in their impressive London offices, this is an excellent opportunity to support a high-performing and dedicated investment team within a fast-paced, and professional environment.
Working closely with a wider team of EAs, you will be supporting 3 MDs and a wider investment team on an ad-hoc basis. You'll provide first-class support and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.
This position is ideally suited to a proactive, highly organised, and confident Executive Assistant with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
You must have a minimum of 8 years' Executive Assistant experience. It is imperative to have gained within Private Equity, Investment Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Professional Services.

- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for senior executives
- Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
- Organising extensive travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Screening, managing, and responding to enquiries where appropriate
- Providing high-level administrative support to the wider investment team
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipating the needs of senior executives and ensuring seamless support
