- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
- Managing roadshows, corporate access meetings and investor conferences
- Scheduling meetings with investors, analysts, company management teams and senior stakeholders
- Organising earnings calls and investment-related events
- Managing meeting logistics and ensuring seamless execution
- Processing expenses and supporting day-to-day administration
- Acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting projects and wider team initiatives
- Building strong relationships across investment, operations and support functions
What Can You Bring?
We're looking for someone who combines professionalism, commercial awareness and exceptional organisational skills.
You'll ideally have:
- At least 3 years' Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders within financial services, asset management, private equity, hedge funds or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience supporting front-office teams
- Exposure to investor conferences, corporate access, roadshows or investor relations activity
- Outstanding attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong judgement, discretion and professionalism
- European language skills would be a distinct advantage.
