Previous experience in similar environment working with and developing fresh food menu’s, working in smaller venue's, and leading the kitchen with passion and precision at heart.

Your mission:

• Delivering exceptional food quality
• Developing and costing fresh food menu’s
• Ensuring Food safety and health and safety policies are adhered to.
• Supervising, training, and managing the kitchen team encouraging development and growth.
• Managing, ordering, and controlling of stock.
