Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional resolution service, adhering to regulations and upholding exceptional customer service standards.
- Craft high-quality, detailed correspondence, make judicious decisions on resolutions and compensation.
- Consistently update customers on the status of their complaints.
- Diligently maintain and update customer records and account information.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a complaints handling role within a regulated environment is indispensable.
- A thorough understanding of FCA Complaint handling regulations and the role of the Financial Ombudsman is expected.
