Sensitive areas of surrogacy, fertility issues, cohabitee disputes, and the drafting of pre and post-nuptial agreements.
Robust legal background with a passion for family law.
Possessing a track record of managing a small but significant caseload with precision and empathy.
The ability to assist senior team members on intricate cases is essential, showcasing a blend of autonomy and teamwork.
Proactive approach to business development. You be will be instrumental in enhancing the firm's client base, contributing to the strategic growth of the department.
