Role:
As a Corporate Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in advising on complex transactions, guiding clients through the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions, and crafting robust shareholder agreements. Skills & Experience:
- A qualified solicitor with substantial PQE in corporate law.
- Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably within the health sector.
