An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution team on a full time or part time basis for a well regarded York firm.

The team are looking for an ambitious litigator to join the team to focus on general litigation for a range of existing clients. The role would suit a solicitor with at least 6 years PQE and solid experience across civil & commercial litigation. No personal injury work is involved and personal injury litigators will not be considered.
 
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive solicitor looking to work alongside accomplished solicitors in their field where you will have an active role in the future success of the department.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of litigation work including landlord/tenant, construction, shareholder/partnership disputes, contentious probate, contract disputes etc. An aptitude for business development and marketing is vital.
