Senior Country Sales Lead – Construction Machinery Parts - UK & Ireland
A major brand specialising in Construction Machinery parts are looking for a Senior Country Sales Lead, who specialises in Construction Machinery/Heavy Plant parts sales, to support a team of Area Sales Managers across the UK and Ireland.
Role: Senior Country Sales Lead
Area: Covering UK & Ireland. Ideally located in the Midlands but open for the right candidate
Salary: £60,000 base salary, OTE potential of £85,000

The requirements of the Senior Country Sales Lead will be:
- As Senior Country Sales Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a market strategy
- Carrying out market and competitor analysis
- Identify market needs
- Providing support and direction for Area Sales Managers
- Develop, implement and monitor sales initiatives
- Experience within a Parts Sales role within the Construction Machinery/Heavy Plant industry
- Excellent levels of knowledge, market exposure and a strong network
- Great relationship builder
- Able to travel throughout the UK & Ireland attending meetings
