Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £38,0000 (Negotiable DOE), Company Pension Scheme, 25 Days Holiday, Life Assurance, Private Medical Healthcare, Training Available.

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the aftersales operation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right parts. 

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Handling parts enquiries from customers and colleagues
• Provide quotations for parts for internal and external customers
• Identifying and supplying the correct parts accurately
• Provide technical support to customers and team members internally about spare parts
• Processing orders and managing deliveries
• Maintaining stock levels and carrying out inventory checks
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure availability and timely supply
• Actively advise on parts promotions 

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience working within a Parts Department or within a Parts related role
• Experience with Construction Machinery, Plant Machinery, Cranes, HGVs or the Commercial Vehicle sector is desirable 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Preferably IT literate
