Care Coordinator (Company Car)
Clevedon, North Somerset (Commutable from: Bristol, Portishead, Pill, Clevedon, Nailsea & Backwell, Weston-Super-Mare, Long Ashton, Bath, Longwell Green)
Are you a Care Assistant, Care Coordinator or similar looking for a role where you will be responsible for building and supervising a team of Domiciliary Care Assistants?
In your role as a Care Coordinator, you will liaise directly with commissioning authorities, service users and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of bespoke care packages. You will also plan, coordinate, and supervise an existing team of carers based in the North Somerset area.

This role would suit a Care Assistant, Care Coordinator or similar looking to be instrumental in managing and delivering care packages for some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

- £27,000 Salary
- Company Car and bonus available after probation
- Second line on call support every other week.

- Quality management and supervision of staff
- Compiling weekly rotas for staff and service users
- Provide 1-1 support to the community where needed
- Liaise directly with commissioning authorities as well as service users
- On-call responsibility

- Care Coordinator or Senior Carer
- Looking to manage a team of carers and deliver bespoke care packages
- Valid UK driving licence
