Job Description

Are you a Maintenance Manager with healthcare experience? Are you looking for a role within an NHS trust? Do you live in the North London Area ?

What you need?
  • Relevant Industry Qualifications.
  • Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years
  • Mechancial/Electrical Bias.
  • NHS Experience is required 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Project managing of building and renovations
  • Delivery of Maintenance (reactive and planned).
  • Managing a team of engineers in the estates department
  • Dealing with outside contractors to deal with relevant repairs.
  • Have oversight of all minor works.
 
 The Role
  • This role is a 6-month contract on a temp to perm basis.
  • The salary for this role is £33.71 an hour on a 37.5-hour week.
  • This will be paid through an Umbrella company.
