Customer Services Officer – Parking Services

3 to 6 month ongoing Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of contact for customer enquiries within the Parking Service
- Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, web-chat, and social media channels
- Handle queries relating to:
- Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)
- Parking Suspensions
- Pay & Display and Telephone Parking
- Parking Permits
- Accessible Transport services
- Carry out administrative duties supporting all areas of the Shared Parking Service
- Process customer payments securely over the telephone where applicable
- Maintain accurate records and ensure enquiries are resolved within service standards
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a public sector or contact centre environment
- Must have experience within parking services
- Must have experience working in a local authority or council
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries across multiple channels
