Tenancy Set-Up and Resettlement Officer – East London
Location: East London
Rate: £33.91 per hour Umbrella
Contract: 12 months, ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Working Arrangement: On-site during probation, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation
We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Set-Up and Resettlement Officer to join a dedicated housing team focused on helping homeless households successfully move out of temporary accommodation and establish sustainable new tenancies.
The Role As a Tenancy Set-Up and Resettlement Officer, you will support households through the transition from temporary accommodation into secure and sustainable homes. You will take ownership of the process, ensuring that moves happen successfully in practice and that households are supported to establish and sustain their new tenancy.
Working as part of an integrated team, you will:

- Take cases from assessment and identification of suitable housing through to a successful move.
- Manage complex situations and negotiate effectively to achieve positive outcomes.
