This well-known, service orientated brand are looking for a candidate to join their prestigious team and work at multiple sites acting as a PA to the companies managing director. The luxury company are driven and dedicated to delivering excellent products and customer service, they are looking for a likeminded individual to join their close knit team. The role involves liaising with exclusive clients and customers as well as suppliers. The position requires someone who is resilient with an uplifting personality, you must be able to work well using your own initiative as well as following processes. This is a great opportunity for any well experienced PA to join a fantastic and admired brand. The ideal candidate will need to be organized and have the ability to handle incoming calls appropriately, you will manage the diary of a very busy MD as well as booking travel and arranging trips. You must have the ability to multitask, be adaptable to business requirements and have a confident telephone manor.
The chosen candidate will be very professional, smartly dressed and well presented. They will have a good sense of humour and will react appropriately to business needs.


• Diary Management
• Answering the telephone and handling all calls appropriately. 
• Arranging trips, meetings, transportation, hotel stays
• Liaising with suppliers and clients
• Minute taking in meetings
• Sending and receiving mail 
• Handling unsolicited calls to manage the MD's time effectively 
• Day to day administration
