4-Month Temporary Contract (with potential extension)
Start Date: 3rd August
Pertemps are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join a leading medical diagnostics manufacturer in Bridgend, supporting their BioVue production line.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, helping to manufacture and support the development of BioVue blood grouping and antibody testing systems used within healthcare laboratories worldwide.

Week 1
Days: 6:00am – 5:00pm
Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am

Key Responsibilities
- Operating and supporting the BioVue production line
- Manufacturing medical diagnostic products to strict quality standards
- Following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Carrying out quality checks and recording production data
- Ensuring products are produced safely, accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and compliant manufacturing environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets
Week 1
- Monday & Tuesday – Days
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday – Nights
- Wednesday & Thursday – Days
- Monday & Tuesday – Nights
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday – Days
- Wednesday & Thursday – Nights
Days: 6:00am – 5:00pm
Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly or laboratory experience would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility to work the rotating shift pattern
- Interviews taking place during the weeks commencing 13th July and 20th July
- Successful candidates will begin employment on 3rd August
- Full training will be provided
- £18.17 per hour
- 4-month temporary assignment with potential for extension
