Recruitment Consultant – Southampton

We’re now looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Southampton team; you will be taking over an already successfully billing desk that has a great portfolio of clients and some wonderful candidates.
 
This is a busy, people-focused role. You’ll be speaking with clients and candidates daily, winning new business, filling vacancies, building relationships, and becoming a go-to contact within your market. Whether you already have recruitment experience or come from a strong sales, business development, Account Management or any Customer Facing role, this role offers plenty of room to grow and earn well along the way.
 
Requirements
  • Experience in a Client-facing, Account Management, Business Development, or Recruitment role
    • Confident speaking with people and building relationships
    • Motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
    • Strong communication and networking skills
    • A positive attitude and proactive approach
    • Ability to manage a busy workload and work at pace
    • Recruitment experience is helpful but not essential
Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients across the region
    • Win new business opportunities and grow your market
    • Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
    • Source and engage candidates through advertising, networking, and headhunting
    • Match candidates to suitable opportunities and manage the interview process
    • Support clients with tailored recruitment solutions
    • Work closely with the wider team to achieve targets and celebrate successes
    • Keep up to date with your market and build a strong local network
