HGV Class 1 Night Driver – Tamworth
£19.50 per hour | PAYE | Full-Time | Ongoing Work
At Pertemps, we are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers on behalf of our client based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking consistent, long-term work with competitive pay and reliable hours.

Pay & Benefits:

• £19.50 per hour (PAYE)
• Holiday pay accrued
• Full-time, ongoing work with regular hours
• Average 50 hours per week

Shift Details:

• Night shifts with start times between 21:30 – 23:00

The Role:

• Multi-drop delivery of caged car parts to automotive dealerships
• Long-distance delivery routes
• Accessing delivery locations using keys and security codes provided
• Ensuring safe, secure, and timely deliveries
• Completing all relevant paperwork and adhering to transport regulations

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 12 months’ Class 1 driving experience
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Good knowledge of driver hours and WTD regulations
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
