Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Oldbury.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is reliable and flexible, and is happy to support different areas of the business when required.

The Role:

• Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking, packing and moving stock.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Ensuring materials and products are stored correctly.
• Supporting the production team with general duties when required.
• Moving materials between the warehouse and production areas.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of daily operations.

About You:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
• Forklift truck experience is desirable but not essential.
• Training on the production side is available
• A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the business.
• A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
