PART-TIME SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED – CORNWALL
📍 Location: Cornwall
💷 Pay Rate: £15.34 per hour
⏰ Hours: 22.2 hours per week
📅 Contract: Immediate start – End of August 2026
🕒 Working Pattern: 3 days per week on a rolling rota (Monday–Sunday, 8am–9pm)
We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join a supported housing service working with individuals experiencing mental ill health, challenging behaviour, and alcohol/substance misuse issues.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable people and helping them work towards greater independence and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or complex needs clients
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Confidence with lone working and decision making
✔ Good IT and record-keeping abilities
✔ A calm, resilient, and adaptable approach
✔ Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
