Up to £80k + package

Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking for the next step in your career, or already operating at Associate level and seeking greater influence, autonomy and progression?

Our client is a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy with a strong national presence and an expanding South West team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to play a key role in developing their Exeter offering and supporting a growing client base across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, lead a varied portfolio of projects, and help drive business growth whilst working alongside an established team of surveyors, project managers and cost consultants.

The Role
  • Lead and deliver a diverse range of building surveying instructions.
    • Manage refurbishment, fit-out, repair and asset improvement projects.
    • Undertake professional surveys, defect diagnosis and condition assessments.
    • Build and develop client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities.
    • Mentor and support junior team members.
    • Contribute to the continued growth of the South West business.
About You
  • MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
    • Consultancy or client-side building surveying experience.
    • Strong project and professional surveying background.
    • Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills.
    • Ambitious and motivated to play a key role in a growing regional team.
