Job Description
Pertemps Lincoln recruiting on behalf of our well-established client in Bardney. They are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their warehouse team on a temporary, full-time basis.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00am with 10–12 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move, lift, and stack materials safely
- Ensure all goods are stored correctly
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
- Own transport preferred due to site location
- Valid in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.74
- Immediate start available
- Full-time Monday-Friday hours
