Job Description

Opportunity is around the corner as we are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Lincoln.
 
As an Office Administrator, you’ll be a key member of the administrative team, supporting the daily operations of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable and supportive environment.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company who are committed to investing in their people. Permanent contracts will be offered to staff after successful completion of the probationary period. (12 weeks)
 
What will I be paid?
Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour
 
What will I be doing as an Office Administrator?
  • Performing data input to maintain accurate records
    • Answering and managing phone calls professionally
    • Raising orders on internal systems
    • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation
 
What skills and experience do I need?
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience working with SAP (desirable)
    • Confident using the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Positive, proactive attitude
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
 
Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 16:00
