Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00

FLT Counterbalance Driver Job in Northampton Pertemps are recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers in Northampton, conveniently located just off Junction 16 of the M1.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation, working within a fast-paced cross dock (X-Dock) environment.

Key Responsibilities – FLT Driver

• Operating an FLT Counterbalance truck safely
  
  
• Loading and unloading HGV vehicles
  
  
• Working within a busy cross dock warehouse
  
  
• Carrying out general warehouse duties including manual handling
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  
  

Requirements – FLT Counterbalance Licence

• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (accredited)
  
  
• Proven experience as an FLT Driver or Forklift Operator
  
  
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
  
  
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  
  

Pay & Benefits

• £14.81 per hour
  
  
• Overtime paid at £21.61 per hour (after 40 hours)
  
  
• Weekly pay
  
  
• Ongoing, stable work
  
  
• Monday to Friday working pattern (no weekends)
