📍 Stoke-on-Trent (ST4) | Full Time, On-Site
💰 Up to £28,000 per annum
🕒 Monday to Friday 0800 – 17.30
We are working with a client to find a skilled Administrator with a passion for social media, customer service, and Microsoft/ IT literate. You will be the first point of contact for customer in person, over the phone, via email or WhatsApp, ensuring prompt, effective response times and clarity in communication.
The Administrator job is Full time on site, ST4 in Stoke-on-Trent, Monday to Friday 0800 – 17.30 and it is compulsory to work one weekend in three weekends to ensure coverage within the team, paying up to £28,000 per annum.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in all areas of Office Administration including emails, scanning, advertising, data input, handling exports administration
- Dealing with queries from new and existing customers over the phone, in person, and via social media
- Follow up on potential sales leads
- Create and post social media sales content on behalf of the organisation
- Experience on account management and invoicing is advantageous
- Producing reports on a monthly and ah-hoc basis Full on the job training will be provided.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with a passion for social media
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Fluent in speaking, reading, writing including excellent grammar
- IT literate on Microsoft package including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and maintain working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Self-motived with a can- do attitude looking to excel within their role, with the ability to problem solve and use own initiative
- Experience within the transport industry is advantageous
